-INSTALLING-

1. Unzip the counter3.0.zip

2. Open up settings.db.php in a program like NOTEPAD and edit all the settings.

	a) "$adminpass" - Set your admin password with no spaces or special characters
	b) "$mysqlhost" - Address to your mysql server normally localhost
	c) "$mysqllogin" - The login for your mysql database
	d) "$mysqlpassword" - Password for your mysql database
	e) "$mysqldatabase" - The name of your mysql database
	f) "$idusers" - Change to 0 if you do not want to log IP Addresses,
			Set to 1 if you want to track every click and IP addresses
			Set to 2 if you want to only track unique clicks and IP addresses
	g) "$campaignon" - Set to 0 if you don't want to use campaigns
			   Set to 1 if you do want to user campaigns

3. Upload all the files to your webserver.

4. Run install.php (if you are updating do not run install.php, but instead read updating.txt)

5. If installation is successfull, delete BOTH install.php AND update.to.3.0.php (even if you didn't update)

-SETTING UP LINKS-

With campaigns off
1. Create a link, but make it point to counter.php?xrl=WEBSITE
	Example: <a href="http://mywebsite.com/counter.php?xrl=http://noveis.net">Noveis.net</a>

With campaigns on
1. Create a link, but make it point to counter.php?cid=campaign&amp;xrl=WEBSITE
	Example: <a href="http://mywebsite.com/counter.php?cid=CAMPAIGN&amp;xrl=http://noveis.net">Noveis.net</a>

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE http://

2. Thats it!

-ADMIN PANEL-

1. Goto counter.php and type in your password!
